How it works
Each round gives you ten multiple-choice questions drawn at random from a larger pool. Every question has four options and exactly one correct answer. The questions cover geography, science, history, sport, music, food and more, so no two rounds feel the same.
You get fifteen seconds per question. A bar across the top drains as the clock runs down, and it turns pink in the last five seconds. Once you pick an option the round pauses: the correct answer lights up green, a wrong pick turns red, and you move on when you are ready. Let the timer reach zero and the question counts as wrong.
Scoring and streaks
A correct answer is worth one hundred points. On top of that you earn five points for every whole second still left on the clock, so a quick answer can almost double the value of a question. Hesitating costs you points even when you end up right.
Streaks are where the big scores come from. Your second answer in a row adds twenty-five bonus points, the third adds fifty, and the bonus keeps climbing for as long as you stay correct. One mistake resets the streak to zero and the bonus starts over. A clean run of ten is worth far more than nine right answers with a slip in the middle.
Tips
Read all four options before you commit. The wrong answers are chosen to look reasonable, and the obvious one is not always right. When you truly do not know, answer anyway rather than letting the clock expire, since a guess has a one in four chance and a timeout has none.
Watch your streak counter while you play. If you are deep into a run and a question looks unfamiliar, it is still worth a fast guess; waiting burns the time bonus you would earn on the questions that follow. You need seven correct out of ten to clear the round, so you can afford three misses.

Frequently asked questions
Are the questions always the same? No. Each round pulls ten questions at random from a much larger set, so repeat plays bring new material. You will occasionally see a question again across many rounds.
What happens if I run out of time? The question is marked wrong, the correct answer is shown, and your streak resets. You keep the points you have already earned.
Is my best score saved? Your best score and best streak are shown while the page stays open. They reset if you reload or leave the page.
Can I skip a question? There is no skip. If you are unsure, pick the closest option so you keep the time bonus on the questions still to come.
